I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. My work is grounded in kindness, compassion, and collaboration, and I believe in meeting clients where they are at. I aim to create a space where clients are comfortable being themselves, feel heard, understood, and safe to explore what brings them to therapy.
I have a particular interest in working with children, teens, and young adults as they navigate the challenges and changes that can come with these stages of life. I am also interested in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and the emotional impact of health-related challenges.
I primarily take a client-centred approach, while incorporating evidence-based strategies that are tailored to each client and their needs. I believe that having someone who can listen, understand, and support you can make a meaningful difference, and I look forward to offering that support.
